Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers in Türkiye
Natural-looking volume and contour, planned around the balance of your whole face.
What dermal fillers are
Dermal fillers are soft, gel-like injectables, most commonly made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the skin and helps it retain water. They are used to restore volume, soften folds and refine facial contours without surgery. Because the results are temporary, they suit people who prefer a gradual, adjustable approach.
At Nervora Health in Türkiye, treatment is planned around overall facial harmony rather than isolated lines, so that the face continues to look like your own.

How the technique works
The gel is placed with a fine needle or a blunt-tipped cannula at carefully chosen depths. Different products have different firmness: softer gels are generally used for lips and delicate areas, while firmer gels provide structure in the cheeks, chin and jawline. Many products contain a local anaesthetic, and a topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with an enzyme if adjustment is needed, which is one reason it is widely used.
- Lips: shape, definition and hydration
- Cheeks: mid-face support and lift
- Chin and jawline: balance and contour
Who is a suitable candidate
Suitable candidates are generally healthy adults who want subtle enhancement or wish to address age-related volume loss, and who have realistic expectations. Treatment is usually postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when there is an active skin infection in the area, or when there is a known allergy to a product component. A specialist reviews your medical history, medications and goals, and may advise a different approach if it suits you better.
Procedure day, recovery and results
A session typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. Mild swelling, redness or tenderness is common and usually settles within a few days; small bruises can last a little longer. Strenuous exercise, heat and alcohol are generally avoided for a short period afterwards.
Results are often visible immediately and settle over about two weeks. Duration varies with the product, the area treated and the individual, typically from several months to around a year or more, after which a top-up can be considered.
Risks and important considerations
Common effects include swelling, bruising and temporary lumpiness. Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, where product affects a blood vessel, as well as infection and allergic reactions. For this reason treatment should be performed by a trained medical professional who knows facial anatomy and can respond to complications. Overfilling can create an unnatural look, so conservative planning matters. Suitability always requires individual specialist evaluation.
- Tell your specialist about cold sores, bleeding disorders and blood-thinning medication
- Report unusual pain, skin colour change or visual symptoms immediately
